(Received January 24, J.i 6 p.m.) Paris, January 28. While Louise Michel was addressing a meeting of Anarchists at Havre she was shot at twice and seriously wounded. The would-he assassin was arrested. (Rcoetrad January 24, 10.30 p.m.) The wounda which Louise Michel received while addressing the meeting at Havre are not so serious as was at first supposed.
