Mr O'Brien's release from gaol -was made the occasion of groat rejoicings in various parts of the country, bonfires and illuminations being carried out on an extensive scale. Banquets have teen arranged for at Cork and other towns, and a monster meeting is announced to be held at Kilrush. The authorities have decided to prohibit the meeting..
