Result did not leave for Waikaro on Wednesday night owing to the beach being unworkable. She was expected to steam last night. The Ahurirl and Fairy both returned from coast stations on Wednesday night. The Australia discharged her cargo at the breastwork yesterday, and took her departure tor Northern ports at 6 o'clock in tho GTeniiis^ The Suva is due early this morning from North and will be brought inside to discharge. Sho will steam for Wellington this after- . soon.
Th» schoo»er Dunedin has succeeded in proouring a cargo of timber for Timaru. The Lily and Anthons are now both ready for sea, and will get away to-day. The B.S. Waihora left Auckland for Southern ports at I p.m. yesterday, and is •no here early on Saturday morning.
