(Received January 14, 8.80 a.M.) Hermn, January 12. The health of Emperor William is improving, but hia sleep is still disturbed. (Received Jamiurj 14, 12.30 p.m.) January 13. It is reported here that the police have discoveied a German Socialist plot to murder the Crown Prince, but no details have transpired, (Recoived January 10, 1.30 a.m.) The olHcial announcement concerning the health of the Crown Prince states that the irritation connected with the growth in the throat is reappearing.
