RUSSIA.
(Rcceired January, 14, 12.20 p.m.) St. Petersmjrg, January 13. Information respecting the movements of the Czar was revealed to the Nihilists by tho railway ollicials at Gatschina. A large number of arrests have been made of persons supposed to be implicated in the plot lately unearthed.
