Well, Sir Julius lias a paper at Auckland called the Bell, and it lately had the impudence to tell the people of Auckland that they were the mo&t greedy and grasping and insatiable people m New Zealand. Well, I suppose Yogel has a high opinion of ns in Haw'kes Day too, lrat this is what I want to point out. Mr H. Williams lias brought a Yogel oian here, and efforts are being made to yet Sliechanites to promise support on . the ground that he is a Liberal. | %Voll, I wish to say to Sheeljanites a few j -words. Williams was" asked to take the John Shcehan's meethrg he did so, lint was careful to state that he would not identify himself with the narty represented by John Shechan. Well, now they are anxious to get Sheehunites to identify themselves with Vogel's tomtit, lint I say that we who admired John Shechan can have ne sympathy with nnyone who runs vith his bitterest op)voiient, Yogel, nor sheitld we forget Mr H.
