(Received August 13, 1.30 a.m.) London, August 11. Consols remain :it 10H. The Xow Zealand inscribed stock is at OSU. The total reserve in notes uud bullion in the Bank of England is £11,300,000, and its proportion to the liabilities is 41 per cent. The reserve shows an increase during the week of £200,000. The bank ruto of discount is at 3 per cent, and the market rate at 2i.
