NOTICE is hereby given that it is the Intention of flip Nnplor HarborBoard during the next session of tho General Assembly to promote tho passing of a Bill, by which tho boundaries of tho Harbor Reserve known as the Ahuriri Lagoon shall be more accurately defined than at present. And also to give power to the Napier Harbor Board to fill in and reclaim part of the said Ahuriri Lngoon, and the whole or any part of tho Wharo-p-niaraenui Block, and to construct and maintain such works thereon, as may be necessary for such purpose. And also to giyo power to tho Napier Harbor Board to raise money on mortgage to tho extent of £30,000 on the security of parts of the said Ahuriri Lngoon and the Whare-o-maraonui Block and the rents thereof respectively for the purposo aforesaid. And also power for the said Board to sell and dispose of 200 acres of the Wharc-o-maraemii Block, and to apply tho proceeds of sale in liquidation of the loan by tho said Bill authorised to be raised.
