The Railway Management Hill has been introduced and read a iirst time in the Assembly. It provides for the appointment of a Board of three commissioners, the chief of whom will receive a salary of £500 per annum.. The commissioners are to hold office during good behaviour, and be empowered to make all appointments in the" Railway Department.
