I LOANS TO LOCAL BODIES BILL. • Dr Pollen, and Messrs M'Lean, Sfillcr, and AVilson were appointed managers for ■ a second conference with tho House oir the Government Loans to Local Bodies Bill. ' The Council adjourned at 8 o'clock.
