Messrs Brooking and St. Clair will hold their next land sale on the 15th inst., when they will offer a number of properties in Napier, Woodville, and Ormondville. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will hold their next sale of sheepskins, tallow, hides, and fat on the 17th inst. Mr Frederick Fulton, Emerson-street, has for sale Woodville section No. 57. A public trial of manuka scrub cutters will be held on the Longlands estate next Monday afternoon The owner of a saddle found last Sun--1 day can recover it by applying to Mr A. Hollis, East Clive. Mr Joseph Mayo, grocer, Shakespeareroad, wants to purchase a spring cart and harness. Mr Spackman, Shakespeare-roiid, has a Kirkman piano for sale.
