Captain Russell to move, " That the Annual General Meeting of the Club be held next year and afterwards during the Month of July, so as to permit the \ Steeplechase Meeting to be carried out under the management of the Committee originating the Programme." Mr Winter to move, "That Racing Rule 54 be amended by striking out the words ' except as aforesaid.' " Mr Burke to move, "That the resolution authorising the refund, to Members travelling by rail, of entrance money to the Course be altered so that Members shall only be entitled to the refund on application at the Secretary's Office on the ground on the day the entrance money was paid."
