No qualification fee. No entry will be received for any race except upon condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, and tlicir decision upon all points sh.ill be final. All protests to be accompanied with a deposit of five guineas, to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. Three horses to start in each race, or ouly half the money will be given. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight-for-age or handicap race. Five per cent, deducted from the gross amount of all stalces.
