Messrs Monteith and Co. will sell at Glendinning's yards, near the Napier railway siation, on the 23rd instant, 70,000 feet sawn timber. Messrs Dinwiddie, Walker and Co. have for sale a few maps of Hastings, prepared by Mr C. D. Kennedy, and published by Messrs Hoadley, Lyon and Co. Mr Edward Lyndon has for lease the residence at Sea Point lately in the occupation of Mr R. Pasley. Messrs Hardy and Sidey advertise the receipt ex Arawa of a shipment of hay forks, hay rakes, and other harvesting tools, lubricating oils, and binding string for M'Cormick's string binders.
