(Received September 26, noon.) f- . Sydney, Friday. ' The application of William and Charles Orton to have the lunatic William Oresswell, now in the Paramatta Asylum, released to them on the ground that he is their brother, Arthur Orton, has been refused by the Sydney Equity Court. Very wet weather is now being experienced here. (Received September 27, 0.60 a.m.) The railway returns for this colony show a net profit at the rate of 4£ per cent, upon tbe capital invested.
