AUSTRIA.
Vienna, October 18. ; Two thousand persons have fled from 1 Agram in consequence of the earthquakes. The Austrian Government grants a loan of 15,000 gulden to the town for its restoration, and 1800 workmen are already engaged in re-erecting the publio 4 buildings and residences which havo been destroyed.
