CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 10 soys ; 1 mile. Entrances to bo 10 per cent on public money given ; no qualification fee necessary. All entries received shall be subject to the decision of tho stewards. Three horses to be entered for each raco or no public money shall be given. All protests must be accompanied with £1 dopositjto be forfeited in the event of being of a frivolous nature.
