No entry will bo received for any race except upon tho condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must bo accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys, which sum will bo forfeited to tho funds if the protest is not sustained. General entries and nominations will be received by the Secretary, at the Criterion , Hotel, Napior, up to 8 p.m. on Saturday, 6th March. Qualification fee of £2 payable at the same time.
