Monday, August 11. . :The House met at noon. The acting-Speaker announced the Governor's absent to the bills passed during the session. At one o'clock Parliament was prorogued by Commission, the Commissioners being Sir William Mtzherbert, Colonel Whitmore, and Sir F. D. Bell. The prorogation was formally to September 1.
