All exhibits niust have been grown bona Me by the exhibitor, and all winners will be required to sign a declaration that they have fulfilled the stipulation, Intending exhibitors Helling tho bulk before tho Exhibition takes place must obtain a certificate from tho purchaser that the sample is a fair average. The judges will not be bound to make an award if tho exhibits are not of sufficient merit. All entries must be made with the Secretary at hia office, Shakespeare-road, on or before 21st May.
