No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. General entries and nominations will be received by the Secretary, at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, up to 8 p.m. on Wednesday 12th March. Qualification fee of £2 payable at the same time. The rules and weights of the Canterbury Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
