IMPORTANT SALE OF PROPERTIES AT POVERTY BAY. The undersigned have received instructions to offer for sale, at auction, at their mart, at Gisborne, on SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 1879, the undermentioned properties, if not previously sold — LOT 1. THE GOODWILL OF LEASE (18 years to run) of the MATAKOA RUN, situated at Hicks Bay, East Coast, containing 3,049 Acres of First-class Hilly and Flat Land, together with about 2600 Half-bred Sheep 4 Working Bullocks 10 Head of Cattle and Horses Also, 6-Roomed Dwelling House, Woolshed, Sheep-yards, Whaleboat, Implements, &c, Ac.
