TIES :— POHUl— Rural Section No. 102, containing 76 acres, being most totara bush of the best description, from which a large income can be derived for some years, the demand for totara in this district being so much greater than the supply. This property is intersected by a fine stream of water, affording means of rafting any quantity of timber into the Mangaone river, and thence by Tutaekuri to Meanee &c, &c.
