HOADLEY & LYON Have been favored with instructions from Mr Josrph Price, who is leaving for Peverty Bay, to sell by public auction, on the above date, at their rooms, Emersonstreet, the following TTALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERV TIES :— POHUl— Rural Section No. 102, containing 76 acres, being most totara bush of the best description, from which a large income can be derived for soma years, the demand for totara in this district being so much greater than the supply. This property is intersected by a fine stream of water, affording means of rafting any quantity of timber into the Mangaone river, and thence by Tutaekuri to Meane, &C, &c. TARADALE— Subdivisions Nos. 12 and 13, of Suburban Sections, Meanee, Nos. 50 and 51, containing 16£ acres of rich alluvial soil, laid down in permanent grasses ; fenced and subdivided into convenient paddocks. • The rapidly increasing value of land in this neighborhood should render the property a very lucrative investment, its position enabling the owner at any time to extend the town of Taradale in that direction with very handsome results. WAlPAWA— Sedgwick Town Sections, Nos 4, 5, 16, and 17, adjoining the Waipawa Railway Station and fronting the main road, also having means of approach by a back road. On one section there is an excellent stable. The town of Waipawa is steadily increasing in size and population, and the business centre must eventually be near the Railway Station. HAVELOCK— Suburban Section No. 7, containing 42 acres of splendid land, fenced and well watered, sown with. English grass. There is a six- roomed dwelling-house on the property, also a stable of four stalls and two commodious loose boxes, likewise some very fine blue gum timber, estimated to be worth several hundred pounds. The proposed branch line of railway will likely pass very close to this part of Havelock, thereby enhancing the value of this particular lot considerably. EAST OLlVE— Suburban Sections 44 and 47, containing 13 and 10 acres respectively. This land is of the very best description, and well fenced. In the event of the proposed new town near Kidnappers being a success, these very adjacent sections will be eminently suitable for subdivisions into small lots for country residences. Terms Liberal.
