Young Lilly is out of Old Lilly ; sireßenledi, who was imported for the purity of his blood. His sire, Ben Lomond, was never beaten in Scotland, and is brother to the celebrated horses The Major, the Colonel, and The General, who were the greatest prize-takers for a number of years.
