Hayes : Plaintiff claimed 30s as a reward advertised for information as to horses lost or strayed. He alleged that a boy employed by him had found the cattle under his direction. Defendant stated that lie was in company with the boy at the time, and found the horse himpelf. Case dismissed, the Bench recommend- '7 ing the defendant to present the boy with. 15s for his trouble. - am
