Sir, — Your contemporary, in its extreme anxiety to furnish its readers Avith a "funny" paragraph, states this evening that the " town Avent to bed last night laughing at the idea of twelve men being locked up for not coming to a decision respecting the guilt or innocence of John Hayman."
