DEPARTURES.

June 11— Kiwi, s.s., for Wellington. Passengers — Messrs Conley, Dillon, and Simes.

The ketch Mary Ann Hudson arrived in port on Sunday evening after being ashore at Mohaka for three weeks. She got ashore on the 25th of last month, and was floated off by the Mohaka settlers on Saturday last. Tlxe injury she has sustained is but trifling. She brings a lively, cargo of 34 pigs, consigned to Captain Rush, and are shipped, according to her manifest by Captain Cook, whether that personage is a present settler at Mohaka, or is intended for the great circumnavigator, we are at a loss to determine. The s.s. Kiwi, Capt. Campbell, arrived in this port from Wellington and the coast at 6 a.m. yesterday, and was brought inside immediately upon her arrival. She left Wellington wharf at 5.30 p.m. on Friday, and arrived at Castle Point at 7.15 a.m. on .Saturday. She dropped anchor and sent ashore a few boat-loads of cargo, bvit was compelled to leave off discharging in consequence of a heavy westerly gale wliich rose suddenly. She lay at anchor until about 1 p.m. on Sunday without being able to discharge ; at that time tlxe wind moderated and she was successful in landing the remaining portion of her cargo. She weighed anchor and steamed for Napier at 5 p.m. on Sunday, and arrived as above. She brought a large cargo for this iM-i-.. which she discharged yesterday, aud she steamed for Wellington at -i. 30 p.m. She has undergone a complete .verb; niing *„hile in Wellington, which Las improved ne_ appearance wonderfully. The s.s. Fairy, from the coast, arrived in the Bay at 5 p.m. on Sunday, having been thi- time successful in dischax-ging her cargo. The schooner Opotiki, from Poverty Bay, arrived in port at 10 p.m. on Sunday. She left Poverty Bay at a .quarter past four on Saturday evening with a light N.W. wind, passed Portland Island at midnight, and the Kidnappers at noon on Sunday, making this port as above. She experienced a strong N. wind to Kidnappers, aud from tlxe Cape a strong blow from the south-east. The s.s. Rangatira has been detained in Wellington until 4 p.m. to-day, when she is to leave for this port. Telegrams for Austx-alian colonies per Ringaroonxa at the Bluft' will be received at the Napier office xxp till 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 12th inst.
