Public Notices. HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL. IN pursuance of the 170 th seotion of the Public Works Act, 1876, it is hereby notified that by an order of the Hawke's Bay County Council, made on the sth day of March, 1877, it was ordered that all the land commencing at corner of sections 8 and 23, and running thence along the Bide of the main road to a point 1548 links from the southeast corner of section 24, thence passing through sections No?. 24, 29, and 28, emptying itself in the saltwater o^e^k in t-he ln«f> mentioned section, viz. 28 be placed U_d a the control of the Road Board, tor the district of Meanee.
