MB. ALFRED BUCKIXXd'S BBPOBT. (For the week endiiiß Dec. 3.) At the llnymarket on Saturday, very littlo fodder was brought forward. Beet hay brought 4s ; inferior from 2a tbe 1001 b. Horae stock were dull of sale : a number of baoks brought from 30s to £8, and onohoavy draught horfe £25. At Hetnuera, on Thursday, cattle of all descriptions wore plentiful. Dairy cows remain at low figures. Aged nniraals and thofio in low condition from £i to £7 ; young cows of good quality from £7 10s to £10 ss. Store cattle have improved in value with tho abundant ramp. Dry cows, from £3 Gs to £5 10s ; weaned calves, 35s to 37s G(3 ; yearlings to 18-nionlhs-old 6teers £2 to M ; grown steers, £6 each. Quiet heifers were at better relative values ; yearlings to 18 months old brought from £3 10s to £4 15 - a-two-year-olds, £5 5* to £6 each. Fat cattle wei\j in full supply ; 84 sold. Prices were very steady throughout tho sale, and ran/zed in accordance with quality, from 27s to 80s the 1001 b. Ihere was a large muster of wellfatted ahcep, and a steady competition for

them : prices varied between 2fd and 3£.; :i---Ib.; G97 were sold, and four pens of med^u: ; quality wero withdrawn. Lambs offered ij unusually largo numbers ; 433 sold, but maintained previous values — those of best quality brought from 8d to 12s 6d j inferior la?nbs, from 4s Gd each. Tho sale of flax and sidns held yesterday, at the Haymarkefc, was fairly attended, and there was more animation in the bidding than at^ the previous salo. The wool sold were principally locks, pieces, small parcels of wool in grease, and washed. For the washed wools the prices ranged from G^d to G£d ; locks and pieces, Id to 4d tho lb, ; dry sheepskins brought from 3£d to 4d the lb. Good quality of flax sold more freely, and an advance of 10s the ton was in some instances obtained ; prices ranged from £13 10s to £IG. Middling quality was with difficulty sold at£lo to£ll, and for inferior quality no offer could be obtained. 280 bales were sold.
