Floods in Austeaiia.— Tho telegrams published in the Sydney Morning Het'ald from various parts of Australia report more disastrous floods at Windsor, West Maitland, West Eempsey, Grafton, and many othepplaces. At West Kempsey, pa Novembei? a 4, information came from the Bellinger and Nambuccra rivers, that the floods/were calamitous .at both places. A woman, named O'Rourke, and her two children were drowned at the JNambuoora. A.n immense amount of property was aw;opt away. The water rose higher than ever was known.
