HIGH WATER SLACK AT PORT AHURIRI
In Hawke's Bay the flood sets from tho South, and the ebb from the North. In the harbor tho tide sets in from one hour and thirty minutes to two hours after high water— seven hours ebb, five hours flood. In tho entrance tho strength of the current is from six to seven knots.
