llawkb's Bat Yeominry Cavalry. — The annual inspection will take place tomorrow, Wednesday. The Southern Papers connected with tho Press Telegraphic Association (with which this journal is connected) ore indignant at alleged favoritism or partiality on the part of Ihe Telegraph authorities, nnd express their indignation in unmeasured terms. While we cannot for a moment suppose that political motives had anything to do with the irregularities complained of, we think the subject of complaint should form the subject of investigation at the earliest possible moment.
