The schooner Hero left Wairoa lnat Tuesday evening for this port, but, owing to heavy southerly weather setting in, she had to put back again for shelter, She left finally last

Friday 1 night ; and arrived in the roadstead on Sunday morning. : Arrival of the p.s. Coomerang. The p.s. Coomerang, Chrisp, left Auckland on the 16th instant, calling at Tauranga. She arrived jn the Ahuriri roadstead early yesterday morning.and entered the Iron Pot about 8 a.m., after a favorable passage throughout.
