The Waitotara Natives. — "When the Waitotara settlers returned to reoccupy their farnis, it was with the distinct understanding that above all things the turbulent Maoris who had, under Titokowaru, pluudered and murdered heretofore, were to be rigidly excluded, from again setting foot on the Waitotara Block.
