SUPREME COURT.
Owing, we understand, to His Honor the Judge being detained in Wellington through the prolonged sittings of the Court of Appeal, the circuit court which should have been held on Monday, the Bth instant, is postponed till Thursday, the 18th'. The following is a list of the criminal cases set down for trial : — Regina v. George [Rowlands, attempted murdejr. Regina v. William Augustus Francis, forgery. Kegina v. James Gavin, house-break-ing. Regina v. James Gavin, horse-stealing. Regina v. Henry Williams, horsestealing.
