PROJECTED DEPARTURES.

William Cargill, barque, for London, about April 26 Ahuriri, s.s., for Wellington, 291h inst. The steamer Ahuriri took her departure for Auckland on Tuesday at noon with 200 sheep and several passengers. The s.s. Star of the South, Capt. Bondall, steamed for Auckland on Tuesday at 1 p.m., with a cargo of 1280 sheep and 27 rams. The Star of the South may be expected to put in her appearance agaiu in about a week. The s.s. Ahuriri is expected to return from Auckland on or about Monday next, and will steam for Wellington the same day. The barque William Cargill is expected to complete discharging her inward cargo to-day. We have, been informed that the schooner Excel • sior may be expected to arrive at an early date from the Bay of Is'ands with a cargo of coals. The harbor-master made an unsuccessful effort (by the aid of the Ahuriri) on Tuesday to recover tho mooring chain, lately lost by the wreck of the Ida Zeigler. It was blowing at the time, or it is probable that it would have been recovered. Tho ship Cambodia, from London, arrived in Wellington on Tuesday last. The brig Maggie ought to put in an appearance in the course of a day or two, she being now 21 days out from Newcastle. The brigantine Sea Gull was brought into the Iron Pot yesterday afternoon and is now moored at the point. She will commence to discharge her Cargo of coals this morning,
