Tin-kettling the bi'ideand bride-groom on tho occasion of a wedding lias become such a nuisance in and around Albury, that parties contemplating mai'riage find it necessary to observe profound secrecy as to their intentions. The local journals record a case in which the Magistrates, in order to put down tho nuisance, made an example of three individuals who were charged with " tin potting a pound-keeper and his bride." The Magistrates treated the case as a riot, and committed tho defendants for trial.
