For weights for age, see published Rules. Tbe first race to start on each day at one o'clock preoisely. The bell will be rung quarter of an hour before each race. Three horses to start in each race, or only half the publio money will be given, except in the Cup Raoe. Second horse, to save his stake in eaoh race when publio money is given, except the Consolation. All entries to be made undor sealed cover, and to be addressed to the Seoretary, at the Masonic Hotel, Napier, on Wednesday, 24th February, 1869, not later than 4 p.m. Age and description of horses, and colours of riders, to be stated at time of entry.
