St. Clair Inglis did assign to the said John Johnston all that flock of Sheep hereinafter described and all increase thereof ; and, further, take notice that in the month of March instant the said A. St. Clair Inglis did at Spring Hill aforesaid give over possession of the said flock of Sheep, about four thousand in number, to Charles Lambert, the overseer of the said John Johnston, on his behalf. Notice is further given that all Jhe said Sheep are earmarked with the regtfrfered ear-mark of the said John Johnston, and that the same sheep and all increase thereof are held and depastured as the property of and on account of the said John Johnston. ,i Dated this 27th day of March, 1868.
