Lord Ashley, s.s., for Wellington, April 12 Mary Jidson, barque, for London, early Wellington, s.s., for Wellington, April 13 Ahuriri, s.s.. for Auckland, 20lh April

The schooner Saucy Lass, D. H. M'Kenzie, master leit Auckland on the 23rd March, and arrived at Mercury Bay on the 25th. Had to wait fur cargo till April, and sailed on tho 3rd for this port. Had light winds and fine weather all the way and arrived in the roadstead on the night of Tuesday last ; entering the Iron Pot next morning. The Saucy Lass brings a large cargo of sawn timber, shingles, &c. The s.s. Lord Ashley, Captain Worsp, may bo expected to arrive from Auckland this day and will bteam lor feoutliern Ports to-morrow (Sunday.) Tho s.s. Wellington, Captain Holmes, is due here to-morrow (Sunday), from Auckland, and will steam for Southern Ports, with the homeward mails via Suez, on Monday forenoon. The brigantine Sea Gull, Captain Rogers, with 206 bales wool, a quantity of tallow, skins, &c, and two passeugers, sailed for Wellington on the morning of Wednesday last. The cutter Grayling, that left this port on the 6th instant, with a cargo of sundries for Wairoa, returned on Tuesday last, without having been able to get into the river, the mouth of, which is now quice closed up. She again took her departure on Wednesday evening for the same destination, with the intention of landing her cargo on the beach, if practicable. The cutter Dolphin, bound for Mahia and Auckland, left on Wednesday evening last. She takes a few tons of merchandise for the former and 118 bags grain lor the latter porD.
