Mullony has turned Queen's evidence, and has disclosed a Fenian plot to seize the Bank of England. Parliament re-assembled on the 14th February. Mr. Disraeli has introduced a Bill to establish a new tribunal for the prevention of bribery at elections, composed of three lawy ers ; and the measure is strongly opposed.
The Government has introdxiced a Bill suspending the Habeas Corpus Act in Ireland until the 18th of March next year. . .
Tho Eeform Bill for Scotland, which lias been introduced, provided for seven new members. A larger representation is claimed. . ...
