They have also direoted that a fully competent overseer . ehall accompany the apparatus. With the profpcot before the sheepfarmere of an unprecedented fattening season, it is highly desirable that the establishment be ia working order in December next. ' ' ' It is proposed that an immediate call of £2 per share be made, and a further call of £1 per share on the 3rd November. It is believed that no further call will be requisite unless the Company chooses to much enlarge its establishment. v From estimates furnished by a highly com* petent gentleman in Geelong, the net proßtt on the season, extending from December 80 to June 1, will, it is believed, be sufficient to pay for the whole of the plant.
