Hawke's Bay Naval & Military Settlers' Act, 1861. "VTOTICE is hereby given to the underJjS mentioned Claimants under the above Act, that the term of fire years for which their Land Orders were granted, having expired, Crown Grants for the land selected by virtue of them will be prepared on receipt at this office of a declaration by such claimants, and taken before a Magistrate, to the effect, that he is "the person in respect of whom the Land Order was granted ; that he is now resident within the Province of Hawke's Bay, and has ; resided therein not less altogether than fortyeight calendar months out of the said Jive years."
