The Ringleader, cutter, arrived yesterday from Auckland via Wangapoa, with 14000 feet of timber for Messrs, Kinross & Co. Two other cutters are in the roadstead. The Star of the South was intended to have steamed for Wellington this day, but, owing to being engaged in towing the Montmorency ashore, she will be detained till Monday, The Eagle, cutter, on her passage hence for Auokland, was thrown on ber beam ends, and had a narrow esoape from foundering. The Kauri, schooner, Capt, Sayoe, sailed from Auckland on the 22nd inst., for Napier, laden with flour.
