NOTICE is hereby given, that the Waste Land Board of Otago have resolved, with the sanction of the Superintendent and Provincial Counoil, to sell by auction, under the powers conferred by clause 85 of the " Otago Waste Irnnda Act, 1866," the unsold surveyed lands within the Hundreds of Dunedin, East and West Taieri, North and South Tokomairiro, and West and East Cluthf , and Waihola; at the upset price of 10s. per acre. The sale of the above lands will commence on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1857, at 12 o'clock, within the Provincial Counoil Hall, Government Buildings, Dunedin; and will begin with the allotments in the Dunedii Hundred, followed by those in the other Hun dreds, in the order named above.
