NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Waste Land Board of Otago have reBolved, with the sanction of the Superintendent and Provincial Council, to sell by auction, under the powers conferred by olause 35 of the Otago Waste Lands Act,' 1566, the unsold surveyed lands within the Hundreds of Dunedin, East and West Taieri, Waihola, North and South Tokomairiro, and East and West Clutha, at the upset price of 10s. per aore. The sale will commence on Monday, the 25th day of February, 1867, at 12 o'clock, within the Provincial Cnunoil Hall, Government Buildings, Dunedin, and will be continued from day to day. Particulars of allotments published in the Government Gazette of 16th January, 1867, can be obtained at the Waste Land Offioe, Dunedin, the Survey Offices at Lawrence, Clyde, and Queenstown, and at all the Post offices and School houses throughout the Province.
