Wairoa Survey. — A rumour was prevalent in town yesterday, that Thomson, a native minister of Wairoa, has threatened to expel the surveyors if they continue the survey of the confiscated land in the Wairoa district. We are happy to say, however, that, should the reverend gentleman attempt practically to carry out his threats, the surveyor 3 will receive the assistance of Kopu and Apatu, who have signified their intention of opposing any hostile demonstation which may be made by Thomson.
