VAUTIER JANISCH Will sell by auction, On Wednesday, the 10th January, At 2 p.m., at the Mart, Spit, By direction of the Official Administrator, ALL the Interest of the deceased in the Run formerly in his occupation, estimated to contain 6000 Acres' more or less, subject io the following conditions - The purchaser shall purchase all the flock of mixed sheep of all ages and sexes, believed to be 1000 in number and upwards, at a price per head, all lam bs under 6 months old being given in. The purchaser shall he entitled to immediate delivery of the sheep, and shall proceed to shear the same, at his own expense, wilhin a period of three weeks from the day of sale. The purchaser i^hall pay for all sheep that shall be delivered to ifim either at such shearing or at a muster to take place before the Ist day of February next. The purchaser shall be bound to attend such muster upon four days' notice being given to him. All expenses of mustering and shearing and shearing shall be borne by, the purchaser, who shall be entitled to the wool. The purchaser shall pay for all sheep straying upon neighboring runs upon a proper acknowledgment being delivered to him from the runholders admitting the number of sheep bo depasturing on their respective runs. The run is situate ai Waimarama, about 10 miles' distant from Mr. Chambers', Te Mata, and is held by lease from the Native proprietors, who have agreed with the Official Administrator to renew the lease to the purchaser of; the flock for the residue of the term (9 years and upwards), at a rental of £70 per annum. The purchaser of the flock will be entitled to an assignment of the lease free of any further payment. The rent up to the day of sale will be paid by the vendor, The vendor will obtain for the purchaser, at his expense, a renewed lease for the term now unexpired. But in the event of the vendor being unable to complete the sale within a period of four weeks from the day of sale, he shall be authorised to cancel the sale, and thereupon the deposit 6hali be returned, but without interest, and the contract for the sale shall bo absolutely void. The purchaser shall, immediately upon his being declared the purchaser, sign a contract in the terms above expressed, and shall also pay to the vendor a deposit of £300, and shall also, immediately on delivery of the sheep, deliver to the vendor approved endorsed bills, at three months' date from the day of sale, for the balance of the purchase money.
