Militia Office, Napier, 2lst July, 1865. mENDERS will be received at this Office until X Noon of TUESDAY, the 25th inst., from persons willing to contract for furnishing the undermentioned Supplies, in such quantities, at Waiapu, or such other places as may be direoted between East Cape and Tauranga, by the Officer Commanding Colonial Forces, from August 1865 to 31st March 1866, viz. :— PROVISIONS, FUEL, AND LIGHT. Fresh Meat, at per lb. Salt do. „ Biscuit „ Bread „ Rum, at per gallon Potatoes, atperlb. Onions „ Rice „ Mustard „ Pickles, per pint bottle Lime Juioe, per gallon Sugar, at por lb. Groceries, at per Ration Mould Candles, at per lb. Composite Candles „ Firewood, at per 100 lbs. Any information that may be required will be obtained on application at this office. Cautioni WITH reference to a notice in the Herald of June 22, all persons are cautioned against dealing with the property therein mentioned. And whereas the Sheriff on the 19th and 20th intant, under a writ of fi. fa. against the goods of B. D. Danvers, seized certain horses, drays and harness on hi 9 land at Havelock, — I give notice that all the horses (except " Taipo " and two unbranded foals) and the drays so seized aro mortgaged to me, and I hereby protest against the sale advertised for Tuesday next.
